Maksudjon HAYOTOV
Maksudjon is the CEO of SAVR LLC. He has had experience in various projects around Tajikistan. Prior to joining LLC "Savr", he has worked in different fields and industries such as LLC “TRUD", State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. Simultaneously, aquires position of Vise-president of Basketball Federation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Nazullo ABIBULLOEV
Has experience of over 40 years in finance and banking sector. He has started working as an economist at the Ministry of Finance and raised up to Deputy Minister of Ministry of Finance.
Has been serving as Head Of Financial Department at President Office. Has was awarded by numerous State Awards.
Was Head of Internal Audit Department at the National Bank of Tajikistan.
Participated in all International Donors’ negotiations including the International Financial Institutions with the main focus on investment attraction to the national economy. He is a top expert in Fiscal and Monetary Policy.
He graduated from Tajik National University, Faculty of Economics with Major of Finance Credit.
Accomplished Professional Qualification Courses in Vienna, Saint Petersburg, Tokyo, Washington And Warsaw.

Abdulmajid BOBOKHON
He has obtained his Doctoral Degree in Economics, with major on “Regional Development and Economic Integration” within the joint Doctoral Program of the University of Santiago de Compostela, (Spain), the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovakia), and the Institute of Marketing and Innovation, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences-BOKU, Vienna, (Austria).
Dr. Abdulmajid Bobokhon has about 10 years of experience in investment projects founded by the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, the EU Delegation in Tajikistan - TEMPUS, USAID, GIZ, and etc. Within these investment projects, he has worked as a National and International Consultant on Industry Partnership Development, Skills Development, Human Resources Development Needs Assessment, National Qualification Framework Development, Industry Assessment, Quality Assurance, ISCO-08 adaptation in the national context, Labour Market Information System (LMIS).

Joined SAVR team in October 2019 as the Project Assistant. Prior to joining the team, she has solid experience in the marketing department of Limkokwing University.

Tolibjon TILLOEV
Graduated from Russian-Tajik Slavic University in Major on Finance. Obtained his Master's Degree in Finance. Has started his career from the “Arvand Bank” as a Finance manager. And later joined FINCA International as a financial analyst. He was also coordinating the insurances deals at Spitamen Insurance and been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer.
Currently, he is a candidate for receiving of Professional Finance Degrees CAP / CIPA and CPA Eurasia.

Foris BAKHTIYORZODA
Has experience over 10 years in hospitality industry. Before joining SAVR worked in Serena Hotel, Sheraton Hotel and Hilton Hotel. While working at Hilton as sales manager, he was responsible for developing and execution of an aggressive sales and marketing plan geared towards redirecting traffic and revenue from three full service properties locally. Focus was on four tourism markets namely accommodation, events and conferences, food and beverage and travel & trade.
Involved his skills and abilities to attract Adventure Tourism and Recreation, Travel & Trade and Events & Conferences. Furthermore, were involved in developing a team sales & marketing program with incentives to increase traffic to the property from MICE such as governmental institutions, NGO’s and business segments.
